Anyone can clear any competitive exam including Bank PO , SO , SSC anything literally ....
Key to success is persistence , willing to do what needs to be done daily , all depend on you what you feel ....there are numerous person ....i.e... one who want to achieve something at any cost and never give up... and others one who want something great but are not ready to leave
their comfort ...... basic thing to achieve anything in life what is ur dream or what you want for your future.. your families future .... u have to leave ur comfort first ...... you have to make ur mind that at any cost u will achieve that... it dont matter you sleep or not.... fetch the TIME from ur sleep... sleep is important but for just to relax your mind.... 6 hour is max to get that...... rest 18 hours are in your hand....... use ur time wisely ..... ek baari time gaya to nai aata wapas..... that i learnt from my past......... the goal should be like that which you wont let you sleep.... find your goal .... if you dont have any ...either you have already got that what you wanted.... or you are ignoring that coz of only COMFORT ... Path for success never gonna easy first.... second you will get frustrate when you fail .... u ill feel to give up.... but thats the time which tell who you are in reality....
what you have to do to get what you want?? only ur hourly , daily.. 24*7 365 days until you get what you want ... and i am damm sure if you work hard like that it wont take a year......
Always keep in ur mind that.... when you get tiered and think to give up ... then think once... why you started doing this??....
Don't stop when you are tired....... stop when you are done
Sacrifice ...... you have to sacrifice a lot of things which you like to do........ in my case i sacrifice Football which i love to play daily.... and my frnds knows that... they asked me several times.... bhai kya chakkar kyu nai aata... itna mota ho rha... bivi achha khana bana rahi...:P..... maine bas ye bola.... bas aa raha thoda maje le raha shardiyo k.... garmiyo se aata...( jo ki mai uth k padh rha tha 4 baje subah ;))........
Let me tell about my self. My name is Sunil Yadav ,currently working in Infosys as a tech analyst from 6 years.
I cleared RRB scale 2 IT officer and SBI SO in just perparation of 4 months
If i can clear this exam ..... to fir to.... anyone can clear as well.
How i prepared for this?
I started from level 0. Step by step i studied all subjects i.e. Quant, reasoning, Professional knowledge.
For Quant:- i watched many video on Youtube to learn the tricks and practised a lot. You can follow the same as well. Take any of study material form bankersadda, mahindra's and start practise it.
For Reasoning :- same, watched a lot videos in youtube, and searched so many questions on Net practised a lot.
For Professional knowledge:- i knew C# , SQL server as i worked in these tech. I learnt java, linux apart from that coz all questions comes from that only. For SBI SO, i prepared whole syllabus i.e. Compiler desginer , OS, Networking, Data structure, C, C++, and preapare every new things which comes in last years paper, attempted almost all short exam in ADDA247 and make notes.
For GA:- Make notes daily basis and make separate notes for each topic ...like for Bank related news, Sports, New CEO ,CM etc.
For Financial Awareness and banking terms:- banking knowledge i followed this you tube channel https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=BZoIuv1kLh0&list=PLswCVWtC7kMT6Q-ZCjsJcHomJzgXQbCez there are 40-50 videos of 20-25 mins, watch them all make notes and revise weekly. Adda247 helps me a lot in this. Install that app and when ever you get free time even in washroom :P give there short 15 question exam.
this is how you can start preparing and this is 50%. Rest 50% comes from your heart... from you heart of heart. If you want something so desperately that you are going to do any thing to achieve it... when you think all time about the exam ...how to clear it ....how to get more marks then cutoffs...... 1 thing i forgot to tell, You have to have secure 15-20 + marks then cutoff in written if you want to sure your seat.
Find your courage ...the willingness to over come all the obstacles... then only you will succeed.
All The very best guys....:)

ReplyDeleteI wanna know what is better 'IT Job in MNC' or 'IT officer in Bank'? I have 2.5 years of experience as an Application developer with IBM.I am planning to prepare for IT officer job.I am in delimma.
Your response in this regard would be highly appreciated.
Thanks
Sorry neha for late reply, i didnt check the blog from a while. I would say its depend on you what actually you want. In MNC you will have more money for sure if go onsite but with more work pressure . In Gov sector you will have relaxed life style and less work pressure with decent salary and perks.i had worked for 6 years in MNC and i find Gov sector is better option. Hope you find your answer.
